Michael Evans

Description

Michael Evans, PA-C, is a physician assistant in the Department of Family & Preventive Medicine with University of Utah Health. Michael earned a BS in Psychology from Utah State University and completed the University of Utah Physician Assistant Program (2005–2007). After more than seven years in rural family practice in Arizona, Michael returned to Utah in 2014 and practices at Stansbury Health Center in Tooele County. Michael and wife Kristine have four children, and Michael welcomes new patients.
